The music dir. at my church wants to start leading and working with the worship team.  The electric is evidently not an option…she asked if I have an acoustic, but I don’t.  So…I am checking out the used guitars at GC and played a whole lot of guitars in the $350-600 range and found by far the Seagull timbre to be the best.  The prices on these were not expensive and the guy told me they are made in Canada (rest were made in the orient) and the price reflected the fact that the Canadian govt gives the factory it’s wood for free so they can price it lower.  Never heard this before but it piqued my interest.  So, if I’m in dire need of an inexpensive acoustic, do you think this Seagull might be a good bet?

My first guitar was a Seagull S6+ and it was awesome. For the price I would say the only other guitar that comes close is the Breedlove Atlas series, but you will probably end up paying quite a bit more for that. Let me know what you end up with!
